My experience today at PF Chancellor ave, Newark today was my worst gym experiences ever. I usually go to LA fitness but I was looking for a closer alternative, so I thought I’d check PF out. As soon as I walked in, I greeted someone with their back turned, then he asked if I needed something, I replied yes and told him I was their to check them out, since I’m exploring other options. He responded and said he would be with me shortly (ofcos he still didn’t turn to address me at this time). While I stood there waiting, I then decided to use their restroom real quick - that was when he turned and said “No ma’am you can’t use the restroom”, my response was “oh sorry, I didn’t realize that I couldn’t”, I then asked if it’s because I’m a non member, he said yes (he had turned again). That was when I started feeling uncomfortable. Stood there waiting for 2-3mins before walking away but on a second thought, I went back in to express my concerns and disappointment, then I asked to speak to someone. Where it got worst was when I requested to speak with someone else or maybe come back another time. The first question he asked was “Are you a member?” Either of these two men had nasty attitudes, they don’t know how to treat people, talk more of potential customers. “As long as you’re not a current member, then to hell with you” type of attitude and treatment. It’s disgusting! Their attitude is just as cheap as their service. I don’t know maybe it’s just this branch but I don’t ever see myself coming back here. Very sad and disappointing.

On overall gym is fine i would suggest them to put a room freshener in the men’s restroom sometimes it smells really bad
