I’ve been going to this place since I was 11, and they’ really good with hair braiding. My only concern with this place is timing issues and organizing other then that I love this place and this is the only place I like to get my braids from.

Bad bad bad bad bad customer service. Her niece the dark skin young girl is soooooo rude and nasty it's ridiculous. I would never go back I had two very bad experiences there and I've learned my lesson. Tried to give me another price after I was told one price before my hair was even started. It was so embarrassing since there was other customers in the shop, made me look very uncomfortable. Last time I was there the niece argued back and forth with me in front of customer because I had my head phones on and her she felt my music was to loud. I didn't write a review back than because I didn't want to hurt the business but this time I don't care. And on top of all this the shop is dirty!!!!!! I can go on and on but I don't have the time... Don't go get your hair done here!!!!!

The young, petit, dark skin, lady that sit at the third chair was very rude. She told me that my music was to loud and that I was disturbing her. I told her that I was a paying customer and I should be able to listen to my music. Then she went back and forth with me in front of customer and her fellow employees. A few hours later she wanted to make me get up so she can start another lady box braids. She also told me I had a attitude and I was treating her like a slave. Not to mention she talked to her friend the entire time. She was on her phone and texting the whole time also. I do not recommend that away become a customer.
