First time at True Care Vet with our new dog Tom. Such a great experience. Very spacious, nice office. Staff were all wonderful. Dr. Larrossa was so knowledgeable & kind, helped myself & our dog feel totally at ease. Thank you all !
Dr. Labi is great. She’s always helped all the years with my dog until her untimely passing. Shes always been so sweet and compassionate and loved to have her check on Khaleesi all those years. And now she’s taking care of my parent’s rescue dog and she’s done wonders with him. Thanks so much for all you do.
We had an unfortunate circumstance where our usual vet canceled our appointment to say goodbye to our dog 15 min beforehand. We called True Care and everyone was extremely kind and professional. They took us back immediately and Matt and Dr Labi were kind and understanding. They handled our dog kindly and made an awful day truly a peaceful and calm experience. All the staff was extremely kind, thank you to everyone for helping us that day.
