I really wish these guys could build houses! The whole team is helpful, professional, and *nice*! It seems like customer service is a thing of the past these days, but the Superior team gives me hope. We had them out a couple years ago to replace the hot water tank with a tankless heater. They did a great job and we knew that we would hire them again. Our furnace was going on 20 years and instead of waiting for it to fail, we decided to have Superior come out again. Tony came out with Justin, Gavin, and Austin (you can call him Dave), and they did another great job for us. It’s so nice to be able to count on a local business. Had thermostat problems at my business- Superior Comfort arrived the same day when I called! Ken recommended a thermostat that wouldn’t have any problems- he got the job done quickly and was very helpful with setting up my Sensei app to control it with my phone. Overall great experience with this company and Ken.

Superior Comfort was very prompt - able to come out same day and was even early to appointment window. Diagnosed our furnace / thermostat problem quickly. Rate was very reasonable. Would recommend!
