Right now with isolation our karate family still makes time for online LIVE classes and workouts. We don't miss a minute being away from the dojo! SMA is a true family atmosphere and makes everyone feel valued!

Damien, who is 3.5 years old, goes 2-4 days a week, and I must say, the staff is sooo wonderful with him!!! I was a little hesitant to sign him up, being that he’s a wild child and has a tendency of doing his own thing, but Heather and ALL of the instructors are so patient and encouraging! I was amazed at how great, not only how they were/are with him, but with how he responds to them! As a bonus Damien’s dad gets to join in and help with encouraging his success! I love how the parents are able to get on the mat and work with them! As a result, his dad also signed up, and LOVES it! SMA of Howell is our new family, and we LOVE IT!

My nephews absolutely love Sovereign Martial Arts. I have seen improvements in their discipline at home and school. They do not like to be late for class and truly enjoy the classes and expectations. I highly recommend this program to and children.
