Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

This was my first massage and Janessa was amazing. Very kind, friendly and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be returning.

I rarely get massages, and probably should get them more often, but my experience was absolutely amazing! I've been here before to buy gift certificates for others but this time my daughter and son in law treated me. I asked for the Classic Massage, back and neck only, firm. I have to tell you Kevin did an amazing job. Back pain all subsided, tension spots relieved, I could not ask for more. Also, shout out to Victoria at the front desk who took care of me when I was buying gift certificates for others in past and also asked checked me in for this visit, asking all the right questions and guiding me to a great experience!!!

Spoke with Victoria yesterday with a few questions over the phone. She was helpful and very pleasant. Then stopped by yesterday to pick up gift cards and both Victoria and Kailey were so pleasant and helpful I felt I needed to mention. These are two reasons it’s easy to feel welcome here

I booked myself a 9 am 50 minute massage to treat myself for my birthday. I got there on time, I waited 15 minutes before the front desk told me that my therapist was running late. They told me I’d be receiving a free scalp massage for the inconvenience. I figured my therapist would be out shortly but it wasn’t until 9:36 that I was finally called back for my massage. I did not account for this extra time in my day but i was really looking forward to this so I waited patiently. What I did not realize was that the scalp massage took away time from my body massage as it was all compacted into the 50 minutes. If I knew this, I wouldn’t have accepted their offer. Unfortunately, the combination of the long wait and shortened service left me disappointed with the experience.

I had a wonderful massage and facial today at H&S! My massage therapist was Teresa who was very accommodating and had good pressure. And Savannah did my facial. I decided to upgrade to the Pro-Cleansing facial to get a deeper clean and it was fantastic. Savannah really understood my skin and was able to do many extractions which was my main concern. I highly recommend both Teresa and Savannah! And the girls at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful.

Just called for my first time to book a massage and facial appointment to use a gift card I received. Spoke with Anne to schedule my appointment. As soon as the phone was picked up she sounded like she had an attitude. Let her know that I was looking to schedule an appointment. Went through the process and at the end was asked for my credit card number. When I asked why since I'm using a gift card she hung up on me. She should not be answering phones if she's going to treat customers that way.

Been getting the best facials with Tina at Howell Hand and Stone. She’s knowledgeable and targets concerns and skin care goals for me. I leave there glowing for days each and every time. Thank you Hand and Stone in Howell and Tina for making my self care days so pleasant!
