Jack was excellent to work with. He came out twice—first to inspect my shower and later to look at a flooring issue I discovered. What I appreciated most was his honesty. Instead of trying to sell me a temporary fix that wouldn’t solve the problem, he was upfront that it was beyond his scope of work and gave me helpful advice on what I should do instead.

Awesome experience end to end. First we met Jack, who was punctual, honest, very forthcoming about the best way to solve the problem we were having with the grout in the kitchen. He answers texts right away, which I find uncommon and very appreciated!
Mike did the physical work. Again, he was on time, he was very friendly, did great work. These two are an awesome team, I can't recommend them high enough.
