Lana is the best hairdresser by far! She transformed my hair that was a mess from bad hairdressers! She took her time, did roots, hilites & conditioning today. It came out beautiful for the 1rst attempt & will only get better & better! In addition she is a nice person to chit chat with! So glad I stumbled upon her on a whim! Ty Lana!
I had an absolutely exceptional experience at Ulta Beauty yesterday, and it was entirely because of Melanie.
To give some context, I’m not someone who regularly wears makeup. When I do, I’ve been using the same products for years, honestly decades. I walked in feeling overwhelmed, unsure of what I needed, and not very confident in trying anything new. Melanie completely changed that.

Yanise at Ulta is absolutely amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable about cosmetic products and always takes the time to truly help, no matter what I’m looking for. Her expertise and recommendations are spot-on every single time. On top of that, she is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit such a great experience. I genuinely look forward to shopping when she’s there. I will not shop at any other Ulta nor deal with any other employee other than her. Yanise is truly one of a kind and an absolute asset to Ulta.
On a completely other note….. I’m not impressed while on checkout line being stared up and down……. extremely off putting…..
