The day after my dad passed, which was a Sunday, they met with our family and took all the time we needed to walk through every aspect of the arrangements. From the flowers, limousine, repass, and photographs to the funeral service and cemetery, everything was handled thoroughly and professionally, but more importantly, with genuine sincerity and compassion.
We worked primarily with Santos, who was exceptional throughout the entire process. No matter the time of day, he was responsive, attentive, and always one step ahead. During a time when our family had so much on our minds, it was comforting to know that everything was being taken care of.
