I had a very good experience for my first-time as a patient in this office. I was taken quickly and was examined by the technician who was very nice and personable. I only had a very short wait to be put in a room and a short wait to be seen by Dr.Healy. she was very thorough and explained everything once she was able to get all the information from my exam. I'm going to need cataract surgery and she communicated to the front to schedule me to see the doctor who will perform the surgery. All in all, it was a fine experience.
Surgery went perfect. Special shout out to Leslie Poznak. Leslie went over and above to make me feel special. She returned every one of my calls within minutes which in today's day and age is rare.
In this world of texts, emails and voice mails she stands out.
Leslie is an asset to the company. Her dedication went far above the norm.
The Technician Ron was incredibly personal and kind, which immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen to my concerns , and made the exam feel comfortable and unhurried. Would recommend .
