We recently purchased new shades from The Shade Store in Hoboken and from start to finish, the process was seamless. Gabriela at the store was so helpful in picking out the right shades and helping us place our order. And Jose was a wonderful installer. We would highly recommend The Shade Store in Hoboken for all your window treatment needs.

We just had all of the shades in our condo replaced by the Shade Store in Hoboken. They were amazing. They were extremely helpful in our choices, in scheduling installation, in getting everything exactly the way we wanted it. Gabriela, who assisted us through the process (and we did two rooms at time so over several months), was so, so helpful, checking in with us and making sure everything went well, and making sure we were happy with the results. Jose, who did the measuring and install, was great, even dealing with the craziness of our two dogs, who like to bark at visitors. Very, very highly recommended, and we could not be happier with the results.

With The Shade Store being such a large, well-known brand, we were a bit aprehensive towards using them for our window treatments in our new condo (first time homebuyers here!). However, we were pleasanty surprised. We worked with Melieen at the Hoboken store, who was exceptional. She knows exactly what she's talking about and provided comfort through her expertise during the entire process. After purchasing the window treatments, it was a few weeks from then until they were installed. The installation (by Chris) was very quick and completed with precision - they also look great!
