Used to go here consistently and it was fine. Lately I feel like each time I go it gets worse and worse. Recently got a gel manicure and the woman did a hack job just pushing parts of my cuticles and not cleaning them at all. Then for polish, she didn’t go to the ends of my nail let alone capping the edge and the gel polish was so thick at the parts she did paint.

Went back in for the first time to get gel polish. Within a day it chipped off….disappointing. Will find a new salon going forward
Such inconsistency here which is disappointing. theyre inconsistent about the shoulder rubs (which is the best part). recently everytime i come the manicure hasnt been great. The issues were fixed but i hate being that person to keep asking for fixes.

Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but I felt this pedicure was minimal compared to others I’ve had with callas removal, massage and foot attention. Mostly a simple painting of the nails. **They do not allow you to tip with a credit card** and their ATM has a $3.75 service charge!! So you’re choice is screw the employee and r get ripped off with a service fee from the ATM the business owns.
My nails turned out nice. Just not the service I expected.
