Very happy with my haircut!
Came here for a curly hair haircut and was very satisfied with the work Sandra did, she’s very knowledgeable, listened to all my needs, recommended products and did an amazing job.
Absolutely the BEST experience. Attentive, considerate, very professional and know their trade. The receptionist offered to help fill in the intake form, after carefully explaining pricing tier and that the form could also be accessed online.
I chose the salon from a list on a search engine. It's a very nice little place, very polished interior. Superb service. I loved that they don't allow extra guests to accompany so it felt exclusive and was a relaxing, personal experience. Thank you to all who helped me on my visit. I can’t say enough good things about this salon. The service is incredible and the staff is friendly and reliable. I recently had a hair emergency, and Lucie did not hesitate to help. Not only was she accommodating and came in before her shift to fit me in, she saved the day, fixing the discoloration and demarcation I had from another local salon. Safe to say, I will never trust anyone other than Lucie or the stylists at Lorraine's!
