Had a great experience with Jimmy and his team. I recieved a call back in 2 hrs after i left a message, and was able to get an appt for the next day even though they were working on another project. Jimmy is detailed oriented, takes initiatives, and tidy with his work. For example, my thermostat was missing the C cable although it is unrelated to my problem. When i ask him about it, he has already taken care of it prior to my inquiry. I have included a picture of his team bundling the cables nicely after they did the repairs. I am glad i found a great aircon service firm.
