I’m not too sure as to why there are complaints about being able to reach the facility. I called and left a voicemail and received a call back the next day where I had a short interview. They said they would be in contact with me in 48 hours and they were. I was able to make a consultation appointment and it’s a very detailed and professional session with a very understanding psychiatrist. The dr. is not a therapist. I see a therapist as well. This facility is for the purpose of prescribing medication only, do not expect therapy. Anyway, place seems great.
