Facial was good but they try to upsell you throughout the treatment and afterwards they try to sell you over-priced products and they pressure you to book another appointment and sign up for their recurring package. These aggressive upselling tactics ruined the experience for me.
Martha is amazing - she is so nice and doesn’t pressure you into extra services (which a lot of chain spas do). I look forward to my monthly visits - my skin is glowing for days after my appointment!
Wonderful service, clean spaces, hospitible people, friendly people, respectful people, LGBTQ+ friendly, and overall the best ever. Noel was so great and fun to chat with during the session. Definitely coming back again.
