Giving them their props where it’s due. I’ve used them for close to 3 years now, both for dry cleaning and wash and fold. The worst that’s ever happened is the occasional one day delay in terms of drop offs or maybe I lose a sock (or gain a new one). I’d recommend for both honestly. They’re communicative, easy to work with, and frankly the prices are more than fair.
Really easy - I leave a bag downstairs and call them - they pick it up….24 hours later I get it dropped off washed dried folded and color coordinated. They even sometimes put an envelope on top with all of my things they found in my pockets. For about $1 a pound it’s usually like $20-$25 and I’d rather spend that then spend all the time and about $10 in a regular laundry place doing it myself.
They have the nicest staff and my clothes always come back neatly folded and clean. I have been using this service for over a year and have not lost an article of clothing yet! Sometimes they come earlier or later than the timeframe you selected but they usually give you a call and will come back if you are not home / need to leave.
