My dog is a customer for life at Be Happy Dog! ? We’ve been to several groomers over the years, but none have come close to the level of care, transparency, and professionalism that MJ provides.
From our very first phone call, I could tell how deeply she cares about the dogs she works with. She asked thoughtful questions about my dog’s grooming needs and health history not just to go through the motions, but because she genuinely wanted to understand how to give him the best experience possible. It’s also reassuring knowing that every dog at the salon is up to date with their vaccinations.
Needed a new groomer for my mini Aussie and I called to see their availability and to my surprise the owner had an opening same day which was great! They require up to date vaccination but are flexible, if need be. The workers were very attentive when I was telling them what I wanted for my dog. They take their time and give you a form to fill out with your dog's information.
