Alvi takes such great care of my baby girl and she loves to go there - even passes by to say hello to Alvi on our walks. He really spends time with his clients so they are comfortable and enjoy the experience.

It did take a while- I dropped him off at 4 30pm and picked him up at 9pm but Alvi told us what to expect as soon as we dropped Billy off. It was Billy’s first time and he’s not fond of being groomed (I tried myself to trim him but it wasn’t easy) so I was worried about him, however, Alvi listened to my concerns and executed. The best part was that this a scissor cut as it is not recommended to use clippers on Pomeranians due to causing skin and coat issues . You can tell this Alvi has a lot of patience and puts passion into his work but I feel like he overbooks. He also needs to make sure the dogs drink water if they’re there for so long. Alvi is the best! My dog is very timid when it comes to grooming - not only did he look amazing when I picked him up, but he was strutting around like he owned the place. Without a doubt the best grooming experience we have had!
