I had a great experience at Alts Hoboken! I had several items that needed tailoring, more than just the basic hemming. I came here after getting a recommendation from a coworker. I believe the tailor’s name was Jimmy. Everything came out perfect. I also brought in a blazer that I thought was ruined after getting it tailored at another establishment. The tailor at Alts immediately knew what had been done incorrectly and explained how he would fix it. It now looks perfect!
The receptions starts out great. Everyone is so welcoming and they offer refreshments before you see the tailor. Then Jimmy did such a great job altering a very precious coat for me. It’s hard finding someone you can trust your personal belongings with but I will be trusting Jimmy with my alterations in the future.
I’ve had several pieces altered at the Hoboken location by Jimmy and had an amazing experience. He paid so much attention to detail. They were also able to do a last minute same day alteration for me within a couple of hours! The staff is so friendly too. Nothing but good things to say about Alts Hoboken.
