I was a faithful customer. I live out of state & come here to get my hair done. I’m very unhappy with the recent service that I received. I paid an astronomical price for my hair which went from being one price to another. You lost a good customer!

Come here at your own risk. I should’ve listened to the reviews. There are other better salons that will actually help you take care of your hair not do hair for a quick buck or pull prices out of their asses. And if you do come here bring your own shampoo and conditioners. And speak up when it comes to your hair because at the end of the day if you decide to pay their “prices” make sure you’re leaving the salon with what you paid for as they don’t care. And not everyone who’s made a bad review is lying from my experience. There are customers whose experiences are theirs and you can’t take that from them or deflect from it if that’s what you gave.

I only came here a handful of times and i never learn. I can say i only ever had one good experience here out of all the times i have been here. $115 for washing and pin curling my sew in was crazy. Then the blow dryer almost caught on fire as i was being serviced. I was looking at the menu since I couldn’t get a price breakdown. Pls go to another salon they pick and choose who they want to upcharge. I only went here bc I was on a time crunch and they were close, but there’s a salon on Bergen that’s more welcoming and only charged me $65 to wash and style my sew in if you’re in the area.

Horrible!! They tell you one price then when done they upcharge & give a price for service they did NOT do!! My daughter came here for a basic doobie, her hair stops right at her neck but they told me itc weeks be $45 over the phone yet charged a different price when finished & they didn't even use rollers for the doobie they just blow dried her hair straight then wrapped it around & charged $60!! RIDICULOUS no bounce, nothing.... HORRIBLE, POOR SERVICE👎🏾I will never return here😠!!

Spend $65 for them to basically play in my hair and in my face, my hair looks like an amateur did it I could’ve did this Rush job myself my hair is puffy doesn’t look like I got a wash and set they CANNOT do black women’s hair don’t spend your money here your better off doing it yourself I have really soft hair and it’s manageable I’m pissed, horrible experience the lady washing my hair coughed in my face while washing my hair didn’t cover her mouth or anything the other lady washing hair refused to take off gloves that I just seen her washing someone else hair that’s disgusting I asked her if she’s going to change them before touching my hair she had an attitude so the other lady that coughed in my face washed my hair I didn’t even tip that’s how bad of an experience I had and hated my hair

These ladies are crooks. I went in, asked how much they would charge for a simple wash and quick blow dry, no set, no style, no flat iron, no curls. I told them repeatedly that I don't need an intense blow dry that'll straighten my hair or anything since my hair is already relaxed (fresh relaxer 3 weeks ago) and i don't want a style or anything else besides a wash. THEY TOLD ME $50! I thought they said $15 but they were like "five zero mama". That's crazy when the salon around the block was saying $20 smh
