If I could give a -0 I would. Had my nails and toes done gel both done by a pregnant lady there not sure what her name is. I was told they dont do designs unless its a picture or paper done in top of acrylic which is not what I wanted. She didn't spend any time giving me the appropriate service and was very RUDE!! its not even 24 hours as yet and my nails are peeling its sad. Even though i wasn't satisfied I still tipped her, she snatched the money out my hand and didn't even say thank you. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE, go where you and your money is highly appreciated! Her desk was so dirty with nail dust and previous clients nail clippings it was so disgusting.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a long time, and the staff has always done great work. But the moment the owner touched my nails, everything went downhill. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever received here.
In my experience, she was completely distracted sitting there watching movies at full volume instead of paying attention to what she was doing. It felt unhygienic, unprofessional, and honestly disrespectful. She acted like she couldn’t be bothered, yet insisted on doing my nails despite clearly not having the skill. The service is HORRIBLE!!!! Yesterday I went in for a gel manicure, I was charged twice and they refused to refund me my money, all while being rude to me!

They lack proper communication skills to work with the public and didn’t know how to use the card machine. I was told, I have to wait until next Friday to get my money back, when the owner comes in.

I never received my money back. I will be making a formal complaint with the state and better business bureau
