The receptionist is VERY rude! I don't like it!! No, she did not explain at all what you said below. What she did was not listen to me and kept trying to interrupt me and hang up. My husband was listening to our conversation next to me and he was also surprised by her attitude. He had to call the office and ask what's going on. We are absolutely not happy about the service today!

I went there for my first pair of grasses and was told they were progressive. I was never pleased with them but was told I would get used to them. This time, I went to a different doctor and was told what I believed all the time they are only for distance when he cut them to fit the lenses he cut off the reading part.

Amazing place, doctors very cool, in and out in 36 minutes for contact exam fitting and they taught me how to install and remove very caring people work here and Steph at the desk is awesome

I am glad to have found Dr. Beja & staff! They are very friendly and willing to help. The Doctor explained everything in a way that I could understand. They also have a variety of frames to choose from!

They play games with insurance and charge $39 extra if you don't dilate and use the camera but they don't tell you that. Then they want to bill through Vision vs. Medical because the reimbursement is higher and they tag on the $39. Imagine doing that 50 times a day, that is quite a racket.AVOID.

Dr. Beja and team have serviced our family for more than 10 years. We always enjoy our annual visit at the start of each school year to get our vision checked. When my daughter had a serious eye condition, Dr. Beja answered his personal cellphone in the middle of the night and provided optimal care. He, Stephanie and Marissa are amazing. They have become like family! I highly recommend their service.

I did not have a great experience in the office. Doctor was cold and did not explain much to me. I came in for eye exam (check my eyes because I had noticed a change in vision after I had a baby and also I was getting sensitivity after being poked in my eye) he checked my eyes and gave me a prescription for medicine and also said I needed prescription lenses. When the appointment was over I had to ask 3x for the prescription for the lenses and he responded “well you came for another issue” it was all very odd. Did not seem professional and I would not feel comfortable going back. Now I need to go to another eye doctor to check to see if the prescription I received is accurate. Did not feel I was really given accurate check up for my eyes. I bought prescription glasses at a local store and the prescription seems off. Not their issue so that does not relate. I am just mainly speaking about my experience with the actual visit and feeling confused after I left my appointment with very little information.

Dr. Beja and his team were very informative and friendly as can be. I went in to pick out a pair of glasses and they were patient and helped me pick out a beautiful pair of glasses The Dr lays out all your options when it comes to the specifics and tries to cater to your needs without pressuring you to choose something like some doctors do.

I initially chose this practice based on reviews. My experience has been poor. My exam was fine, I chose frames after which Dr. Beja approved for my prescription. My glasses arrived within 5 days. I returned them because there was a scratch on one lens. They changed the lens but when I got the glasses back the lenses did not fit correctly. I returned them again and they told me they were ready to pick up. Well they were fitted worse than the first time and I was told that the lenses were secure and wouldn’t fall out unless I put pressure on them. If I was unhappy they would do me a favor and exchange them one time only for a new frame that would fit my prescription! Are you serious, first of all I have a warranty on the glasses which I paid extra for, second, the doctor approved the first frame for my prescription. Needless to say I was livid. I did choose another frame and they tried fitting the lenses I had into them. When they called and told me they weren’t happy with the way they turned out, they were sending them out to be fitted with new lenses! 10 days later I received my glasses. Nearly five weeks after my initial visit. The young lady at the front desk has a major attitude and needs to learn better customer service skills. Very disappointed and never returning.
