Anchor Fence Contractors

This place needs to educate people on how to answer the phone first. They seem to think they are the only ones who do fence. Never call here. It seems that there are only crazy people.

I recently had the pleasure of contracting Anchor Fence Contractors to install a partial fence for my home. The installers Mr. Aldo and Mr. Fernando were highly professional and highly knowledgeable about their work. They were kind enough to take the time to explain certain things I had questioned.
At Anchor Fences main office, I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Aprille and I had the pleasure of communicating with Ms. Tiffani. Both individuals were great. They were very friendly, very understanding, very respectful and very accommodating with my order. The fence looks great and I couldn’t be happier. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend them.

Great people here. Very helpful, honest, friendly. Helped me with a small project that I was working on and had some very insightful recommendations. Tony an his sister were a delight to talk with and work with.
I would HIGHLY recommend Anchor Fence to anyone and everyone looking for a honest company to work with.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful kindness shown by Anchor Fence Contracting. My 10-year-old daughter is currently entering the second stage of chemotherapy, and I found myself sharing my struggles with April. Shortly after, she reached out to let me know that they would repair the damage to my fence caused by a tree being cut down, and they would do it free of charge. This small act of generosity has really lifted some weight off my shoulders. With all the medical bills and everything else we are facing, it truly made a difference. I am beyond grateful to them.

Tony was great! He had his guys do some repairs and install puppy wire all around the original fence they installed perfectly 16 years ago. The workers were very polite and did a great job. We are very happy

Anchor Fence built our family's fence, fixed it after a fallen tree incident and they have helped us update our latches on 2 sides. They are great people, responsive, helpful, timely, fairly priced and we'd recommend them to anyone looking for help!

We called Anchor Fence because, you know, their sign was already on our fence. Seemed like fate, right? They gave us an estimate that included the charming remark, "No warranty on wood fences." I wish I had known there was also no warranty on vinyl gates! But, of course, we thought, "Why not go with the experts who installed it in the first place?" What could possibly go wrong? Well, a lot, it turns out.

In February 2022, they installed the new gate. And by "new," I mean a completely different design. Apparently, the old design was "troubled"—kind of like my mood after dealing with them. The gate squeaked like a rusty swing set, arrived scratched and dirty—such a classy touch. Their explanation? The squeaking was due to our old latches and hinges, and if I wanted new ones, I’d have to change the entire posts, which, of course, are filled with concrete. Naturally. Funny thing, though—my old gate didn’t squeak with those "troubled" hinges, but hey, what do I know about gates?

They cleaned the dirt off (which was very generous of them) but left the scratches intact, as a lasting souvenir. April, in a moment of pure brilliance, even offered to take the door back and refund our deposit. And like a genius, I said no. What was I thinking?

Fast forward to April 2022. The "new" gate, which bravely lasted all of one month, broke. April, without missing a beat, told me it was wind damage and not their problem. Classic. I agreed to pay for the repair (why? I’ll never know), but no one ever showed up. Calls and emails? Ignored. It was like trying to get a response from a black hole.

I gave up until September 2023, when I emailed April again. She called me immediately, saying she would write a response. But, just like before, she never did.

So, if you're in the market for a squeaky, scratch-riddled, broken gate with a side of ghosting, Anchor Fence is your perfect match. I do not recommend this company.

I have two questions: Why should I believe this company that it was wind damage, and why did nobody show up to fix the gate even after I agreed to pay?
