Very impressive facility and staff. Everything and everyone was so efficient from check in to discharge. And after discharge, the follow-ups have been consistent and showed sincere compassion for my pet and our situation. Nobody wants to have an emergency with their pet but we are all lucky to have a hospital like this when you need them.

We took our dog in for a paw injury. We waited quite awhile. Then we were finally seen and it was decided what needed to be done. When our dog was returned to us we were told to have the bandage changed in 2 days. When we opened the bandage we were appalled at the wound and how bad it was and that we were not provided any type of antibiotics for the paw. A week later it looked worse and I called the vet and left a message with no return phone call. We went to another vet to find out the wound was infected. They were pretty surprised we had not been provided antibiotics from the beginning.

I would like to first say I understand that there are many animals coming in at different hours. There is bound to be a wait time which is something I understand. What I did not appreciate nor understand is the lack of communication. I waited almost 7 hours to be seen by the doctor just to be told the surgery cost more then I could afford. After asking many questions I was not given answers. The customer service here lacks and we did not feel appreciated or like it was even worth to come here to begin with this place being a emergency hospital.
