First time ever dealing with a Chimney Company. Derrick was sent over to Sweep the chimney. Brought to my attention that since I switched from Oil to Gas I needed a liner for the Chimney. Also showed me how the exhaust from the water heater and furnace were not properly attached to the Chimney. Scheduled his team to come back to add a liner and fix the pipes. Kurt and Jeff where the ones that installed the new liner and fixed all the piping to the way it should be. They all provided me with pictures before and after their work. Communicated with me the whole time. They were very friendly and took pride in their work. I highly recommend them.
It’s refreshing to be able to have an experience where you work with a professional who really understands what it means to provide service. Having just moved into a new home I’ve had my share of encounters with professionals as in regard to moving things, setting up things, installing things, etc. Kurt Matthews of Midtown Chimney Sweeps was far and away the most professional individual I encountered.
