I had an excellent experience at Lumber Liquidators in Hillsborough, NJ. We recently bought our first home and needed waterproof vinyl flooring to replace the carpet in our living room. Initially, we ordered flooring from Costco, but it turned out to be the wrong material—and when we tried to find the color we wanted, they didn’t have it. While Costco’s prices are reasonable, their selection is limited. That’s when we found Lumber Liquidators. My husband and I worked with Gene, and he was outstanding. Pete Berens was amazingly helpful in guiding us to our decision. He was knowledge and took time to educate us, answering ALL of my wife's questions. Lumber Liquidators is lucky to have him represent their brand!

I don't do many reviews, but the store manager Pete went above and beyond with customer service, cordination with the floor installation team and to confirm everthing was to my family's satisfaction. I felt I owed it to him nice job. Thanks again!
