He quickly resolved our emergency issue, identified other things to keep an eye on in the future (which I hadn't noticed, but he wasn't pushy at all like other companies, just very informative), and went above/beyond to clean our HVAC unit clean. Communication was straightforward and easy too. He was upfront about all pricing, and even then...still over delivered!

Tony is very professional. He returns phone calls, updates you on your scheduled appointment time, and completes the job in a timely manner. He is polite and considerate ( wears protective footwear over his shoes in the house). His prices are reasonable and he explains what is needed to make the furnace more efficient, and why. I would recommend him to all my friends who may need an HVAC professional.

Called Fontaine-Repair Heating A/C because of loud noise with vibrations coming from my furnace. Tony answered my call and came out first thing in the AM. He made an adjustment and was able to fix the problem. As if that wasn’t enough he followed up with a text in the evening to see if all was well. That is the kind of service you can expect from this company.
