Terrible Experience. Ron & Sons seem to be in connection with the property owner from 509 Rt 10 East in Ledgewood NJ as they have discovered a lucrative fraudulent business by charging exorbitant towing fees of $415 and profiling customers who meet a certain profile. I walked in to get bagels and my daughter went to get coffee at Rooters and when we finished our bagels our car had been towed by Ron and Sons. Ron and sons demanded I pay Cash Only. They don't even have a POS point of sale to charge customers so they gave me link to send them the payment. What a horrible experience. By the time I parked at bagel shop at 12:15pm and between 1:33 pm when I was paying Ron and sons $415 dollars less than hour.

Would highly recommend. Great customer service, answered all my questions and gave clear instructions to set up a future tow to Ziggy's Bimmer on 206. On day of tow followed behind truck and had a great driver Richard. Received a pdf of the receipt to send to my car insurance by the time I was back home.

The entire process was informative and respectful, they gave me a break-down of pricing to help me decide my options and helped me out of the goodness of their hearts. They operated with kindness and a sense of humanity that one can be grateful for in these situations. I was in a pinch and they showed up right away and helped me out! I had a flat tire last night and was unable to get the tire off. I called chain gang and was instantly connected with a driver who showed up quickly. Rich was professional and courteous and had our tire off and donut installed in no time. Great service!!

Yesterday a white tow truck arrived to the apartments that me and my husband lives and recently signed a lease. He wanted to tow my husband car that recently move in . He was dropping off his belongings at the apartment while waiting for me from work so I could help him buy a permit parking. He didn’t wait for him to create a permit parking. There is not a grace period established or activity alert for legal residents to have a chance to create an account for purchasing permits. The person from the towing company screamed as we were strangers or as he would own the property.We haven’t sign a lease with this person. He was very unprofessional and charged 95$ to remove the tow. I personally had other issues before with other cars that parked at my assigned spot and never were towed or reported by the monitoring company and were days parked illegally. They weren’t even registered in the ParkM system where we suppose to buy permit parkings.
