10/10. Service was very good. Arrived on time, Unfortunately I didn’t hear the doorbell or the knock on the door so I wasn’t aware that he was here. I also didn’t receive a text but I called customer service and she showed me how locate the pictures on my account to verify that he was here. I also verified on my ring camera that he was here, so that was completely my fault because I slept through the entire visit.
