Outstanding service and professionalism —. But friendly and congenial. Service took much less time than tech anticipated.
Thanks to both techs for a job well done!
About Cooper Pest Solutions
Cooper Pest Solutions has been a leader in the pest management industry for over 65 years. Everything they do at Cooper is aimed at WOWing their valued clients. This begins with every service they render and every discussion they have. If there is a problem with, or if one would rather prevent, ants, stink bugs, wasps, termites, mosquitoes, millipedes, mice, ticks, or any other kind of pest, they encourage customers to give them a call or fill out their contact form. Same-day service, online ordering, and eco-friendly options are available.
The technicians that come to customers' homes are knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and professional. Customers express satisfaction with the work completed. Compared to other companies, Cooper Pest Solutions' quotes are more reasonable than those of other pest control companies. Technicians are always pleasant, call with their ETA, and share their knowledge. They explain what is going on and what to expect. Charlotte, who handles pest control, is noted for listening well and doing a great job while being careful, especially with pets around.

Good and prompt service. I am happy with the service. The service is almost always provided the next day. Yives (the technician who usually visits us) is great. He is knowledgeable and very hard working. He spends time to listen to the issue and never hesitates to explain and provide the resolution. We had mice issue 2 years back and he visited us every week to ensure that it was completely irradiated.

I love cooper pest solutions. We’ve been with them for a decade or more and I would never switch. Rey, our technician, is like a friend now! Always checking in on things for his job - but also remembering our family and dogs! highly recommend. They come anytime I call outside of normal maintenance.
