Frank was great. Very professional, timely and gave me a fair price for the necessary work that I had him quote me. I am in the process of buying a property and wanted him to inspect it before closing. He came the following day, got on the roof (4-stories, about 40ft high) and sent pictures, and a quote to fix any necessary damage, etc. Great local roofer.

Our roof had a leak and we had a few companies coming to give us estimates. After giving us a free written estimate and explaining the problem, the work was done fast and Frank was extremely professional and responsive to messages. The turn around was timely. Reasonable prices and we are happy with the results. Planning on recommending Frank and his company to anyone who needs roof repair or a new roof. Thank you!

I don’t normally write reviews because most bad experiences I’ve had were due to mis-communication or basically honest errors however this roofing contractor knew from the moment we signed the contract that he had no intention of following through with the agreement. My contract states that I would give half the money down to purchase materials and the balance due upon completion. I gave him the first ½ required and then little by little I was given every excuse imaginable why he couldn’t start the job, why he didn’t feel he needed to do all the work he promised he would do and so on.
