Took our little one yesterday for her cut and style with Carolyn. Over the 10 years of having her groomed it always took about 2 hours for the full service. I was surprised that after 45 minutes Carolyn called to say she was done. My husband went in to pick her up. The cost is $72.00 and we always tip $10. We get home and put her on the ground and immediately saw large areas of hair patches shorter then other area (pictures attached). The top of her head is all chopped uneven and her ears are uneven. It looks like someone got clippers and just ran it through her. What a sloppy job. Im totally disgusted with the service and the amount of money we paid. This was our 3 visit... read full review

Lily always does such a good job on my very anxious South Korean rescue
Because of his nerves, I'm incredibly picky about who gets to handle him and I have no problem dropping him off and coming back
She always respects what he's okay with for that groom and I'd rather have him a little uneven than petrified of his groomer
I'm currently enjoying how good he smells until he inevitably rolls in something gross in the next few days <3

I have a Pomeranian and they knew that they weren’t allowed to cut with a buzzer and did a scissor cut.. Raisa did a wonderful job.. my furry baby was very happy.. thank you Groom Room!!
