Took our little one yesterday for her cut and style with Carolyn. Over the 10 years of having her groomed it always took about 2 hours for the full service. I was surprised that after 45 minutes Carolyn called to say she was done. My husband went in to pick her up. The cost is $72.00 and we always tip $10. We get home and put her on the ground and immediately saw large areas of hair patches shorter then other area (pictures attached). The top of her head is all chopped uneven and her ears are uneven. It looks like someone got clippers and just ran it through her. What a sloppy job. Im totally disgusted with the service and the amount of money we paid. This was our 3 visit... read full review

I have a Pomeranian and they knew that they weren’t allowed to cut with a buzzer and did a scissor cut.. Raisa did a wonderful job.. my furry baby was very happy.. thank you Groom Room!!

I chose Groom Room for my dog’s first grooming appointment, and I think I was more nervous about it than my pup! They were very kind, and scheduled us for a slow day so she wouldn’t be waiting or stressed by too much noise. The groom took about 1.5 hours, and they called me when she was about 10 minutes from finished so I could drive over and pick her up. I couldn’t stop laughing about the little jewels they put on her nose. Love it!
