We were looking for a builder for a complicated change to our house, which was to replace an open-air sunroom and the space underneath it with regular rooms. When Nic came over, his promises and estimates seemed too good to be true. This is because all the previous builders, when they heard about our requirements, expressed doubts about their ability, had to think some more or just disappeared. Nic said he could do everything in just a couple of months. He did not even see our project as challenging. Everything had a simple enough solution. He also gave us the lowest price, which was about half of what another builder quoted. Needless to say, he completed it as promised and we are happy with his and his team’s work. Took our little one yesterday for her cut and style with Carolyn. Over the 10 years of having her groomed it always took about 2 hours for the full service. I was surprised that after 45 minutes Carolyn called to say she was done. My husband went in to pick her up. The cost is $72.00 and we always tip $10. We get home and put her on the ground and immediately saw large areas of hair patches shorter then other area (pictures attached). The top of her head is all chopped uneven and her ears are uneven. It looks like someone got clippers and just ran it through her. What a sloppy job. Im totally disgusted with the service and the amount of money we paid. This was our 3 visit but this time was the worst. Don't recommend.

Frank was great. Very professional, timely and gave me a fair price for the necessary work that I had him quote me. I am in the process of buying a property and wanted him to inspect it before closing. He came the following day, got on the roof (4-stories, about 40ft high) and sent pictures, and a quote to fix any necessary damage, etc. Great local roofer.

Colby plumbing was a contractor we used for emergency repairs, installation of new equipment, and ither jobs that were beyod tge capabilities if our in house staff. All of the workers semt to is were couteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. They did everything from clogged lines, emergency leak repairs, , water geaters, boilers, and HVAC work. Everything done was backed up by their commitment to doing a good job.
