We were looking for a builder for a complicated change to our house, which was to replace an open-air sunroom and the space underneath it with regular rooms. When Nic came over, his promises and estimates seemed too good to be true. This is because all the previous builders, when they heard about our requirements, expressed doubts about their ability, had to think some more or just disappeared. Nic said he could do everything in just a couple of months. He did not even see our project as challenging. Everything had a simple enough solution. He also gave us the lowest price, which was about half of what another builder quoted. Needless to say, he completed it as promised and we are happy with his and his team’s work.
