We were looking for a builder for a complicated change to our house, which was to replace an open-air sunroom and the space underneath it with regular rooms. When Nic came over, his promises and estimates seemed too good to be true. This is because all the previous builders, when they heard about our requirements, expressed doubts about their ability, had to think some more or just disappeared. Nic said he could do everything in just a couple of months. He did not even see our project as challenging. Everything had a simple enough solution. From creative design, to permit securing and inspections, to demolition, to electrical and plumbing upgrades, to complete kitchen and bath and basement remodeling, to new finishings Nic was absolutely professional and experienced. Very reliable and very responsive to our every concern and need. Even after the project was completed he still takes care of any problems that arise. We highly recommended his expertise for any remodeling with his company's experience, value, and professionalism.

Work was excellent. Minor changes to the original scope was never a problem. The builder was always responsive to any potential problems. The project was actually finished ahead of schedule and for the agreed upon price. He even came to assist several years after the finished date to help with minor changes we wanted to to to the outside
