“After seeing several other doctors who dismissed my pain and concerns, Dr. Zannella took the time and listened to all I had to say and knew right away what the potential issue was. He offered several options, including surgery. After several visits, it was clear that surgery would be the best option. Dr. Zannella took the time to explain the findings on the x-rays and MRI. He explained what would be happening during the surgery, as well as what the recovery would be like. Surgery went well and although I was expecting more pain, there was very minimal pain! I had a herniated disc in my neck with pain going down my arms and my hands not working properly. She sent me for a very affordable MRI, she read it, gave me acupuncture and physical therapy and also showed me how to fix it so that I never had to go back. HR should be more careful when hiring people to attend patients. they don't know what we are going through and she had no compassion. maybe because I am Hispanic because she treated white people differently.
