Elevate is like a home away from home for me. Every time I enter the building (and hopefully we’ll be able to do this again soon), I feel embraced by kindness and empathy. All of the instructors are fabulous, the special events are interesting and thought provoking, and the members are fun. You’ll love this community!
I have been going to Elevate for years, and I highly recommend this studio. Everybody is truly welcomed and supported at Elevate - all ages, ability levels, body types, and identities. Every class is always wonderful, leaving me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I am impressed with how well the instructors transitioned to Zoom classes during Covid. Virtual classes still hold the same magical sense of warmth and community that permeates the studio, with the benefit of being able to do them in my own home. i never thought i would be doing yoga, but i started my yoga experience with alicia at elevate yoga. a friend brought me to her sunday serenity classes & i loved it. it was very comfortable for a newbie; no judgment, no ego. all gentleness, love & compassion. years later, i have become a yoga teacher & still love attending alicia's classes & hope to do a workshop at elevate yoga when the studio opens up again.
