Excellent service. I had two young men come today and perform maintenance. Eugene came in and suggested additional maintenance but I didn't feel pressure to purchase. He answered all my questions and didn't rush me into making a fast decision. Jason was very helpful with maintenance issues. They are very responsive after hours and on the weekend.

Can't say enough good things about Jason and East Coast. Spoke with Chelsea the night before. He fit us in to check the AC at the last minute the next morning. Came right on time. Fixed the problem immediately. Great price. Thank you Jason and Chelsea for great service!
