We just had our AC installed with Coastal and couldn't be more satisfied...the customer service team at the office are wonderful, and Dominic, sales associate was great...The installers Pat,Riley,Ryan,Jorge,Brian and DJ did an amazing and thorough job.. Don't hesitate to use this company for any of your HVAC needs!
I've worked with Coastal HVAC on two major projects — a full replacement of my heating and hot water system and a replacement of my AC system in 2024 — and they've been exceptional at every stage. The quality of work was outstanding, and their team is genuinely professional and easy to deal with. Whenever I've needed them to come take a look at something, they've responded quickly. They're also proactive about service and maintenance, which I really appreciate. Truly one of the best contractors I've worked with. Highly recommend.

After carefully researching and meeting with several HVAC companies, I was extremely impressed by Coastal Air Conditioning, specifically Mike Cerchia, who is their Comfort Advisor. Mike is also a tech and still goes out in the field, as needed. He has outstanding knowledge in the HVAC space. He looked at my current set up and provided us with the best fit for our house, which turned out to be forced hot air.
