Loran Cleaners are professional, honest and courteous. The Seamstress is excellent with alterations. I accidentally left a good sum of money in my husbands suit jacket after a wedding and dropped it at Loran for cleaning. The Owner of Loran promptly returned an envleope of cash to me when I picked up the suit. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciative. Very honest and realiable. Highly recommend.

The new owner is phenomenal. Kind, warm, patient and transparent. She took her time with me confirming alterations for a few of my pants that I wanted taken in. She discussed her process for altering one of the pants that had a lot of fabric and sought my feedback. I appreciate her time and thoughtfulness and believe this is our new go-to.
