“ugh, i had this very pretty feathery delicate fabric dress, which i spilled tea allover, and unfortunately, after the dry clean, it was still stained. HOWEVER, that’s exactly why i like this shop. The owner was very honest with me from the beginning, stating that it’s a hard stain and there’s no guarantee it will come out. This kind of genuine openness is what made me love Sparkle II. He did many treatments on my dress, and I appreciate the fact that he tried hard. This is my go to dry cleaners!”
