My husband and I highly recommend IG Sewer & Drain! We hired them for sewer jetting and a sewer scope for the house we just purchased. They were quick to respond to our inquiry and were flexible when we needed to change the date of our appointment. Everyone is super friendly from the administrative staff to Josh, the professional who arrived to do the job for us. Josh was super knowledgeable and even showed us another access point that we didn’t even know existed. The whole team was great with communication! Ignacio came to inspect our sewer line after some back up and repair that we had, but we were still experiencing problems.
He was very professional and helpful. And completed his diagnostic efficiently and have me a helpful report. I recommend him highly! He is professional, honest and knows his business.
Josh and Felix were amazing. Very professional, detailed oriented and made sure that everything was done right with the drain and sewer cleaning. Appreciate Josh's Honesty. Made me feel very comfortable in my decision to use them. Would recommend Josh in a day for any of your train and sewer needs.
