A great gym. No attitude, no nonsense. Friendly atmosphere. If you really want to get fitter, they are the place to go to. Excellent trainers, clean facilities, up to date equipment.

Great classes. Great trainers. Smaller groups lead to more personal attention. The training staff is excellent at working around your body's failings and then making it, and then you, stronger.
Gym-timidation is not an issue here. I will tell you, however, watching a 65 yr old do clean and jerks can be a "I might need to step up my game" moment. 🏋️

Body Mechanics! The care for each person in training is impressive. Everyone can do Crossfit here. From scaled options for the developing participant, to competitive coaching for nationally ranked weightlifters. I'm 50 something and have never been so guided and confident in the use of a gym, workouts and physical movement. The community is tight, supportive and fun. It's worthwhile for anyone to check out or simply visit for the free Saturday mobility class.
