There are not enough good things I can say about Terrace dry cleaners. Daisy and Henry are incredibly kind, helpful and professional and always do a spectacular job with my garments. I cannot recommend Terrace enough.
I came across this shop—perhaps coincidentally, or maybe inevitably—because of its 5-star rating. I initially stopped in to ask about a small tailoring project that wasn’t even related to clothing. Henry was honest and told me he didn’t have the right equipment, then kindly referred me to another tailor who could help.
Even though our conversation was brief, it left a strong impression. It was clear that Henry takes his work seriously and treats every customer with respect and professionalism. Once you speak with him, you’ll understand exactly what I mean. You can sense that you’re getting top-notch service even before seeing the results.

This review is coming very late. I have never experienced such exceptional service from a dry cleaner before. I purchased a vintage Disney Jacket from ETSY as a replacement to a jacket that was destroyed by a dry cleaner many years ago. This jacket was 25 years old when it arrived and was in good condition but needed a professional cleaning. I found Terrace cleaners via a google search and I am so glad I did. The care and expertise they provided to me was beyond exceptional. When the jacket came back from being cleaned the owner of Terrace wasn't happy with it and sent it back again to be cleaned again.
