Ed, the salesman was so personable and professional. He showed up when he said he would and did not try to sell us anything more than we wanted, in fact we added on the 2 sheds on our property to redo as well. He explained everything so well, was patient with my questions and was very helpful. The crew showed up the day we had scheduled and worked through the entire day until it was dark. I did not think they were going to get everything done in just one day but they surprised me and did. They worked really hard! They even did a great job with clean up and were all so courteous. “It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. The owner, Fabio, took on the job of removing the tank. Then filling the eight foot deep hole with crushed stone and topped it off with dirt and topsoil. The job was done well. The yard was cleaned up. It was a pleasure working with IPRO. I highly recommend them.“
