Unfortunately, I’ve had to deal with head lice multiple times over the past month. I’ve done the full at-home treatment—washing everything in the house, following all the steps—and still, it just hasn’t been enough. That’s when I turned to Head to Head, and I’ve now been there twice in the past month. They’ve treated me like family, and I truly can’t thank them enough. If you’ve never experienced this, consider yourself incredibly fortunate. It’s an overwhelming and exhausting situation. There’s a stigma that makes you feel judged or embarrassed, but I want to say loud and clear: lice are extremely common, and it can happen to anyone—no matter how clean or careful you are. I’m not too proud to share that my family has been through this multiple times since my kids were in grade school, and every time, Head to Head has been there to help, guaranteeing complete removal and peace of mind. If I could offer one piece of advice: don’t be too proud or afraid to tell the people your kids have been in contact with. It’s the only real way to stop the cycle of reinfestation. I can't say enough about this place. Not only was the search for lice thorough, the counceling given to the patient was open-minded & assuring. Clean environment and friendly staff make it a must if you are having a problem with lice.
