Hello! I'm writing this for Kip, Dan and Curtis. This was a three men/ three day job. All of the workers were incredible. They explained what the problems were, and how they were going to resolve it, and then the finished work. Very thorough and professional. They resolved my hot water heater/plumbing problem and I feel safe again. Thank you so much Home Serve for my 15 years of service.

Appointment was scheduled quickly with an option of several time slots. Notification of when the service person was on their way was great. We were made aware of what the problem was, repair and replacement was done same day. The peace of mind is invaluable!

Our AC was running but not fully cooling our house. The technician pin pointed the issue quickly & resolved the problem just as fast. Our home instantly got cold. Eric was awesome. His knowledge of the system & quick response to solve the problem was great. Eric is super friendly, courteous, polite & very knowledgeable of his company. He helped guide me on the correct coverage that I needed that helped save money & increase my coverage for a great peace of mind. Thanks Eric!!
