I very much like Dr Wismer but I have never been to a practice that doesn’t have same day sick visits. If you’re sick, don’t bother calling unless you can wait at least a week to be seen.

Horrible is my nicest description! I purposely didn't bother going to my next appointment,what's the use ,they don't listen,or really seem to even care about the patient. It's all about the MONEY!!! THEY FLAT OUT REFUSED TO FILE THE PAPERWORK SO THAT THE TECH AT AMI COULD RE-READ MY CT RESULTS. THATS MY RIGHT TO REQUEST THAT!!!! I'VE HAD NUMEROUS BAD EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST, INCLUDING 2 MIS DIAGNOSIS, SO I NEEDED TO MAKE SURE OF MY RESULTS! THEY FLAT OUT REFUSED TO FILE THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK! I just had a conversation with Stephanie at this office, who hung up on me twice after cancelling my appointment. She told me she could give me an appointment in a month and call my insurance if I needed help. This is what I get out of the health care system: no help and no caring. Good luck getting any empathy and maturity from this group. Super frustrated!
