I called around 8:45p and within an hour Liam, the technician, arrived. He was so thorough and explained everything plainly. He was patient and kept me laughing through a stressful sewer backup situation. He also went the extra mile to assist with cleanup after he finished the job. I would absolutely use them again and am so thankful and pleased with the services!
We called and were given a 2 hour ETA on a Sunday afternoon. They kept us up to date on their arrival time. Liam arrived within the time promised. He was super friendly and helpful. Explained everything in great detail and gave us all of our options. He worked quickly and cleaned up after his work was done. We would highly recommend Roto Rooter and ask for Liam!
