Steve and Marybeth are by far the best rehab specialists I’ve ever worked with. I came in with severe neck and shoulder pain from long hours at the computer, along with mild scoliosis, and the difference they’ve made in my daily life is incredible. They were kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to understand my condition, explained everything clearly, and tailored my treatment specifically to my needs. We contracted with Synaptic Rehabilitation to provide at home OT and PT services for my wife who has Parkinson’s. They responded to our request promptly and provided a well-qualified therapist who is doing an excellent job. After a few sessions with Jessica, my wife’s balance and strength have improved noticeably to the extent that she is able to get around without a walker. Steven initially assessed my husband's Parkinson's symptoms to see what types of exercises would be most beneficial to strengthen his muscles. He was extremely thorough, took his complete medical history & was extremely patient. He began with PT 2 x weekly , mainly for balance & muscle strengthening. Jillian has been seeing my sister, Gabriele who suffers from Multiple Sclerosis, for about a month and a half now. She has been handling both her occupational and physical therapy needs giving her multiple exercises to help regain her functions and explains to her how they will help. She has been very polite and has been extremely patient and compassionate with her each visit and Gabriele looks forward to her coming. She will adjust their activities each time to accommodate her needs on that given day. She truly wants to help out her patient and definitely would recommend her for your at home therapy.

I've been seeing Steven Cheung of Synaptic Rehab for several months for some movement and balance issues. His expertise is clearly outstanding and I am benefiting greatly from our sessions. Most recently he has been helping me recover from a knee and foot injury. His expertise is excellent and I recommend him very highly.

We had Jillian for my mom‘s OT therapist . She was awesome. My mom has stopped using her hands, but with Jillian‘s kindness and love and patience. She started using her hand’s feeding herself holding her juice bottle remembering to do her exercise. It was a true blessing mom is 89 years old with Parkinson’s and dementia. It was a true blessing for our family to have Jillian in our lives. My mom is now in hospice, but she asked for Jillian every day. Keep up the awesome word you are superstar.
